Russell has been Managing Director at our sister company The Works for 13 years and was instrumental in the founding of Magic some 4 years ago.
He has an extraordinary natural ability for marketing and incredible passion for everything he does. His energy, experience and enthusiasm set the tone for the whole agency and infect everyone who works with him. Russell has high expectations but he also has the resources to fulfil them. He has the ability to attract the most talented people to the agency, ensuring Magic always delivers the best results possible.
Before joining The Works, Russell worked as a marketer for Grand Metropolitan, Carlsberg, Fosters and Kaliber.
